TREATMENT PLANNING

Cosmetic dermatology requires discernment and requires you to make important decisions concerning your skin. It is also one that requires meeting financial obligations. At Unite Science Medicine Esthetics, we want to make sure that you understand every aspect of your skin rejuvenation investment. YOUR INVESTMENT

We strongly believe that the patient evaluation is a dynamic and variable process; many different skin types and skin conditions often co-exist within facial anatomy. The attainment of an accurate assessment determines the guidance offered by a skincare professional to a patient. For that reason, and in an effort to preserve patient confidentiality, we feel that the investments associated with our products and procedures are better discussed during your esthetic evaluation. Our Patient Care Coordinators are always available and look forward to discussing individualized fees with you during your visit to our office.

Our esthetic evaluation fee is $75, which is credited toward your scheduled service or procedure. We request that patients provide 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We do not accept any insurance as we provide cosmetic dermatological care. All elective procedures administered within our facilities are subject to an appropriate fee structure. These include medical and cosmetic cases. Some medical dermatology patients decide to bill their own insurance after receiving skin rejuvenation procedure(s) within our office.

During your initial evaluation, you will receive an analysis outlining the investment associated with your recommended treatment plan and or proposed procedure(s). Because of the exceptional service rendered by our medical esthetic providers, each respective provider in their class, are in high demand. We require a deposit that will reserve your desired date on the procedural schedule. We require your remittance of payment, in full, prior to the administration of your examination, which is typically the date of administration for your initial LLRF procedure. This differs policy differs from the esthetic evaluation process, which is the first phase in our treatment planning.
