A native of Moscow, Russia, Lioudmila immigrated to New York City in 1982, launching her career in the competitive fashion industry. After five years, her passion for the beauty industry and desire to learn more about the science behind skincare and preventative and restorative methodologies, led her to a career working for Lancome-Paris in New York. There, she contributed to planning and coordinating special events hosted by international celebrities like Isabella Rossellini and understudying with preeminent makeup artists and skincare professionals. Achieving professional accolades, Lioudmila was asked to share her knowledge with Lancome's retail interests, moving to New Jersey, where she led a team of skincare professionals.

Then, in the mid-nineties she and her new husband moved to Seattle where she began working for Gene Juarez Salons as a makeup artist, studying advanced skincare analysis and treatments, specializing in appropriate techniques for multicultural applications. During that time, she would graduate from the Euro Institute as a licensed esthetician. Before joining the Unite team, Lioudmila worked for a local dermatologist for nine years. Lioudmila's areas of expertise include treating maturing skin and acne prone skin types.
